JobPath is a non-profit workforce development organization that provides support and sponsorship to unemployed and underemployed residents of Tucson and Pima County who are enrolled in college-level education and job-training programs that lead to a living wage. JobPath serves the community by creating positive change in the lives of motivated adults through job training, skills development, and education.
Most of our participants attend Pima Community College in an associate degree or direct employment certification program. Some attend apprenticeship and trade programs through approved training sites. JobPath acts as a bridge between participants, Pima Community College, community resources, and local employers and produce real, tangible results.
