Welcome to JobPath
We are a non-profit workforce development organization that serves our community by creating positive change in the lives of motivated adults through job training, skills development, and education. Our focus is sponsoring unemployed and underemployed local adults of Tucson and Pima County in long-term education and job training programs that lead to a living wage.
Most of our participants attend Pima Community College in an Associate’s Degree or certification program. Some attend apprenticeship and trade programs through approved training sites. We act as a bridge between participants, Pima Community College, workforce development, and local employers and produce real, tangible results. See a list of all currently sponsored programs here!
